Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of proper cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Pre-employment requirements: Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning.
• Work independently or in a team environment as required.
• Keep sidewalks, steps, and entrances free from ice and snow.
• Perform building security checks as scheduled by the Head Building Operator.
• Obtain and provide positive references.
