Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for on-call field service in Guelph, Ontario. The role involves diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, performing maintenance, and documenting work through a mobile app.

You will travel between appointments within your service area and participate in our dispatch-led workflow. Candidates should have at least 3 years of paid HVAC field experience, the ability to work independently, and strong fault-finding skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid HVAC field experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete HVAC service work independently.
• Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems.
• Understand safety practices and work within approved qualifications.
• Prioritize accurate diagnostics over part replacement.
• Excellent communication with customers and operations team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose heating and cooling system issues.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and ventilation systems.
• Identify failed components and recommend repairs.
• Document completed work with notes and photos.
• Manage appointments and updates through mobile work app.
