Responsibilities

• Perform sales and customer service activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate a computer point of sale system.
• Maintain floor displays.
• Conduct merchandising and inventory control.
• Maintain knowledge of postal products, services and delivery.
• Process financial transactions (cash, cheques, debit & credit card).
• Receive, sort, and batch mail items.
• Operate mail processing equipment where applicable.
• Transport mail between floors/sections as needed.
• Enter data on a computer when applicable.
• Review mail items for address accuracy and postage.
