Qualifications

• Availability to work on call between 5h00 am and 6h00 pm.
• Experience in customer service in a retail environment.
• Sales experience is an asset.
• Experience working in a production environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales/customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate a computer POS system.
• Conduct merchandizing and inventory control.
• Maintain knowledge of postal products and services.
• Process financial transactions (cash, cheque, debit, credit).
• Receive, sort, and batch mail items.
• Operate mail processing equipment where applicable.
• Transport mail between floors/sections as needed.
• Review mail items for address accuracy and postage.
