Job summary

QuadReal Property Group seeks a Maintenance Technician to support preventative and unscheduled maintenance across our properties in Toronto. You will uphold safety standards and deliver exceptional resident service while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.

This role requires at least two years of relevant maintenance experience, a high school diploma with post-secondary courses, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or Work Order apps.

Qualifications

• Two years of general related maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma with post-secondary courses or certification.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and Work Order App is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of building mechanical systems and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect vacant suites and complete make-ready activities.
• Coordinate and supervise trades work when necessary (painters, electricians, plumbers).
• Maintain maintenance records and inventories ensuring safety checks are up to date.
