The role focuses on material supply, waste removal and environmental monitoring at the Hamilton facility. You will work within a fast-paced environment, adhering to SOPs and GMP documentation while collaborating with Supply Chain and Quality Control to ensure smooth batch manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment using documented procedures.
  • Previous work experience in a professional setting.
  • Able to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Follows OmniaBio policies, SOPs and GMP documentation with Good Documentation Practice.
  • Maintains material integrity for deliveries to cleanrooms.
  • Removes waste following strict procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Keeps production support areas and equipment clean and organized.
  • Supports manufacturing activities using the SAP ERP system.
  • Ensures classified space within the manufacturing area is clean and safe.
  • Supports equipment maintenance through cleaning and logbook reconciliation.
  • Maintains health and safety of personnel, co-workers and visitors.
  • Adopts the OmniaBio Operating Model and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Participates in training for GMP cleanrooms and increases responsibilities.
  • Liaises with cleanroom personnel, Supply Chain and Quality Control to coordinate batch needs.

Responsibilities:

  • FollowsOmniaBio’spolicies, standard operatingproceduresand GMP documentation,adhering toGoodDocumentation Practice.
  • Ensuresthe integrity of materials and supplies in delivery to cleanrooms are not compromised.
  • Removeswaste,adhering to strict procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Maintainscleanliness of production support areas and equipment employed undercontrolof the job holder.
  • Utilizes theSAP enterpriseresource planningsystemtosupport manufacturing activities.
  • Ensuresthatclassified space within the manufacturing area ismaintainedin aclean and safe state of control.
  • Supports equipment maintenance through cleaning andlogbookreconciliation.
  • Ensuresthe health and safety of the individual, co-workersand visitors to the manufacturing area.
  • Adoptsthe OmniaBio Operating Model (OBOM)andembracesa continuous improvement approach to all work activities.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experiencewithina manufacturing environmentutilizingdocumented proceduresispreferable.
  • Prior experience in a working environment.
