Job summary

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, assist customers, and complete required paperwork such as pick slips and shipping labels. The role requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items.
• Complete all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Support customers with positive interaction and help resolve issues when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing, and labelling.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload efficiently.
• Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills.
• Commitment to food hygiene and workplace safety standards.
