Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to pick, pack, and dispense online orders with accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction, while following safety and food hygiene standards.

In this fast-paced role, you will assemble orders from different temperature areas, confirm product selection and codes, handle documentation, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Availability for varied shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
• Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items
• Complete all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Pack totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks
• Demonstrate flexibility and contribute ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift items weighing up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive tasks such as picking, packing, and organizing products with attention to detail

Schedule

Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
