What You'll Do

• Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
• Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items
• Complete all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Pack totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks
• Demonstrate flexibility and contribute ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Physical Demands

• Standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performing repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products

Schedule

Morning, afternoons, evenings, and nights. Must be open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
