Position Summary

Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will pick, pack, and dispense online orders, ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What you'll do

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones, maintaining quality to ensure "On Time" delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders carefully, paying attention to details such as distinguishing between similar products, correct quantities, and accurate product codes.
3. Ensure that all products picked are of the highest quality, free from damage, and include the freshest selections.
4. Properly document and label all orders, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels accurately.
5. Optimize tote filling by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Adhere to safety and food hygiene standards by maintaining a clean work area, cleaning spills immediately, and ensuring totes are debris-free before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing safety inspections before use. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s mission and core values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, safety, and quality improvements. Be flexible in completing assignments based on customer requests and daily schedules.

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.55 per hour, with pay determined based on relevant experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
