Olive Garden Canada is seeking a To Go (takeout)/Expo Specialist in Vaughan to ensure timely, accurate takeout orders and act as the essential link between kitchen and front-of-house. You will leverage your knowledge of our menu to guide guests and improve the guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, enjoy serving people, thrive in fast-paced settings, and can maintain flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience by following Olive Garden's established specifications.
• Ensure all delivery orders leave the restaurant in a timely manner.
• Serve as the vital link between the kitchen and the front-of-house, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our brand standards before it reaches the guest.
• Coordinate order flow, manage ticket times, and communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure seamless service during high-volume periods.
• Be a “know-it-all” about our regular and promotional food and beverage menus by communicating and recommending offerings to Guests.
• Be familiar with causes of food contamination and follow all food safety standards and systems.
• Support other associates whenever necessary.
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Olive Garden’s principles.

What You Will Do In This Role
