Precision Drilling is seeking a Purchaser, General Supply in Edmonton to manage orders from the Columbia Oilfield Supply Warehouse and coordinate with operating centers and customers to ensure timely procurement of stocked and non-stocked materials.

The ideal candidate has SAP experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of oilfield consumables, contributing to a culture focused on safety, growth, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related discipline is an asset.
• Experience with SAP and strong computer skills required.
• Oilfield supply knowledge and consumable requirements preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders for accuracy on materials and pricing, ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with Accounting and warehouse teams on order and vendor issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with operating centers and customers; quote prices and discuss terms.
• Assist in customer service troubleshooting when required.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory processes.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
