Job summary

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking an Oil & Lube Service Field Technician to work in the field in Sherwood Park, AB.

Responsibilities include operating a 2-ton service and lube truck, performing oil and filter changes, greasing equipment, and monitoring fluid levels. Candidates must have a valid Class 5 license (standard transmission driving ability preferred), proven lube/service experience, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions; a medical exam is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's license and ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
• Experience as a lube/service technician or equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We own and operate a large fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles as part of our business and we are looking for aOIL & LUBE SERVICE FIELD TECHNICIANto work out in the field and help support our company's operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Operation of a 2-ton service and lube truck
• Performing on-site oil and filter changes, equipment greasing, and fluid level checks.
• Replacing wear parts and performing small mechanical repairs.
• Keeping detail records of work performed using the company's asset management software.

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver's license (or higher)
• MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A STANDARD TRANSMISSION VEHICLE
• Proven experience as a lube/service technician, or equivalent experience/education
• Previous experience with scheduled maintenance on construction equipment and trucks
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must be able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions
