Job summary

A leading service provider in the energy sector is seeking Apprentice Electricians for a 4-month project in Wood Buffalo, AB, starting January 12, 2026. The role involves a 14 days in/7 days out schedule with 10-hour workdays, camp accommodation, and benefits. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in oil fields, a valid Apprentice Electrician certificate, and strong communication skills. This safety-sensitive position requires drug and alcohol testing prior to employment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Apprentice Electrician in Oil Fields.
• 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in oil sands or heavy industry.
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support critical infrastructure projects in energy and industrial sectors.
• Follow safety protocols and complete QA/QC documentation.
• Work a 14 days on/7 days off schedule in extreme conditions.
