Job summary

ExxonMobil Canada Energy is seeking an Electrical Technician for the Hebron offshore platform off Newfoundland and Labrador. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports maintenance programs in a safety‑driven offshore environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, addressing platform priorities, and implementing improvements in electrical systems such as distribution, switchgear, transformers, and PLCs. Offshore experience a must.

Qualifications

• Offshore electrical experience and able to operate in a marine environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and equipment.
• Familiarity with industry safety and regulatory codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations and maintenance to address platform priorities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide technical solutions.
• Support electrical activities across the Hebron offshore platform.
• Maintain integrity of electrical equipment and systems.
• Adhere to safety programs and regulatory requirements.
