Position Summary

Working as an Office Support Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. An Office Support Associate maintains store finances, financial integrity and accuracy, pricing integrity, inventory control, and profitability. What you'll do
  1. Printing and Sorting of Reports - Warehouse Receiving Detail, Inventory Tracking, 5 Week No Item Movement, Store Clearance Listing, Inventory Adjustment, Detailed Markdown to Zero.
  2. Work AMP+ and BPM Items.
  3. Review and work reports - Receiving over 3 days old; NOF/Local Item, Scanning Exceptions, Detailed Markup/Markdown Reports.
  4. Process D38/D40 MTRs.
  5. Support DSD & Claims as needed.
  6. Remain active in preventing shrinkage, ensure that repaired merchandise is handled properly, and ensure that the return manual is being followed: process recalled merchandise on time, and follow the UPC Key Controls Checklist by controlling all UPC documents.
  7. Ensure that the Invoicing key controls checklist is followed by ensuring timely payments for merchandise and services.
  8. Follow the Accounting key controls checklist by replenishing ATM (banking machine) and Self Checkouts, processing daily pick-ups, identifying long/shorts in registers and offices, processing Cash Fund Transfers, researching and challenging all charge backs, completing TRM procedures, preparing bank deposits, and reviewing key reports and reconciling some key journal accounts.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.35. The rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
