Canadian Plains Energy Services is seeking an Office & QC Administrator to support our operations team in Saskatchewan. The role handles financial administration duties and supports quality control systems across the company.
The position emphasizes accurate data entry, payroll coordination, invoicing and purchasing activities, with responsibility for documenting processes and coordinating internal and external audits. A detail-oriented, organized professional will thrive in this environment.
The Office & QC Administrator provides support to our operational team and is approachable, organized, and customer service oriented. This position is responsible for financial administration duties as well as providing support for the implementation and enforcement of quality control and assurance systems and policies throughout Canadian Plains Energy Services.
Represent Canadian Plains in person, on the phone, and through electronic communications. Communicate current information with clients and staff. Prepare and/or proofread written communications. Manage, monitor, and maintain area office records. Dispose or store according to company standards. Maintain a professional and organized administrative office.
Track and confirm worker hours and record accurate data for payroll processing.
Prepare, distribute, and track invoices for billing, and confirm, make necessary corrections, and file incoming invoices for payment.
Enter and file purchase orders and track against incoming invoices.
Enter, post, and run reports such as transactions, project data, and requested audits.
