Office Nurse

We are looking for a full-time Nurse to join our team.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of work experience providing care to patients in a family practice setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or RPN diploma
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills in Word, Excel, and general spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide client service
• English fluency is required; Bilingual (English / French) is considered an asset

Duties include :

• Welcome patients, take vital signs, apply aseptic techniques including sterile dressing, ensure infection control, and conduct specimen collection
• Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
• Provide nursing services within the defined scope of practice
• Monitor patients' progress, evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with appropriate members of the healthcare team
