Position Information


Location: Hybrid / New Westminster Campus / Coquitlam Campus

Salary Range: Min: $61,316, Control: $81,755, Max: $85,843. Placement within a salary band is typically up to Control Point based upon a review of skills, experience & internal equity. The College may place over Control point in limited circumstances.

The Opportunity

The Office Manager, Philanthropy and Alumni Relations, is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing administrative services within the Foundation and Alumni Relations Department. This role involves creating an efficient administrative infrastructure, providing confidential support to the Director and Associate Director, and monitoring key projects and data to track strategic initiatives.

WHAT IT TAKES

Additional Information

This full-time position starts on July 21, 2025. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. Travel between Douglas College locations may be required.
