As the Unblocked Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be at the center of this growing technology startup. You'll ensure our office stays well appointed and runs efficiently, which are critical to the team shipping products people love. This is a role that comes with lots of specific responsibilities, but also lots of room for growth for individuals looking to evolve professionally.

About Unblocked

Unblocked is a high-growth, well-funded SaaS company that helps answer questions software development teams have about their applications. This allows them to spend less time in meetings/dealing with interruptions and more time writing code.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Order new office supplies as needed
  • Coordinate team events, celebrations, milestones, and offsites
  • Order and restock snacks/food/beverages and organize team lunches
  • Ensure office tidiness and order
  • Onboard and set up new employees
  • Be the point person for all building management needs / communication
  • Facilitate office changes, builds, moves, furniture additions, and expansion (as needed)
  • Comfortable with light accounting - processing payroll, contractor payments, and expense reports
  • Coordinate travel and logistics
  • Help coordinate calendars where necessary

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • BA/BS degree… that said, if you have a proven track record, let's talk!
  • An ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Familiarity and comfort with technology
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • An exceptional multi-tasker, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicators: If we were to ask those who know you best, this is one of the first attributes they'd cite
