Job summary

VML Montréal is seeking a hospitality-driven host to manage the office space, welcome guests, and coordinate the agency’s public presence. You will ensure every detail reflects the VML Montréal experience and support the leadership team with smooth operations.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work from the Montreal office several days a week, coordinating events, boardroom prep, and guest experiences while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Keep the office in impeccable shape for the team that relies on it daily, clean, tidy, stocked
• Prepare every boardroom before client arrivals and tidy after meetings
• Welcome every guest warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they walk in
• Own relationships with building management and implement changes to the space as directed by leadership

Theoperationalbackbone Youowntheagency'sweeklyall-hands - consultingeverystakeholder,populatingeverysection,managingthe rotationlists, andmakingsureitrunswithoutfrictioneveryThursday. Youcoordinatetheagency'sPR pipeline,trackingdeadlines and holdingcontributorsaccountablesopressreleasesgetwritten,proofread, andsent ontime. You areadirect extension of the MD -supportingthe local leadershipteamoneverythingthatshapeshowthisagencyisexperiencedinMontreal, ateverylevel.
