Mosaic Homes is seeking an exceptional Office Coordinator to ensure smooth office operations in a full-time role. The ideal candidate is organized, polished, and passionate about providing outstanding service. Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, greeting guests, ensuring the office remains organized, and coordinating social events. This position offers a vibrant working environment with opportunities for professional growth.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the exceptional presentation and running of our office. As the glue that binds our team,you’ll manage incoming calls, greet guests, keep supplies stocked, spaces clean and organized, and the office running smoothly. You’ll provide administrative support to teams across the company and help the Operations team coordinate social events to bring people together.
This is a full-time in-office role with standard hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you are organized, polished, and passionate about providing great service, we’d love to connect.

Who You Are
You have previous experience working in customer service, hospitality or retail and are exceptionally well organized.
You are personable, well presented, and have strong customer service and communications skills, including the ability to handle conflict with tacit and diplomacy.
You take pride in your work and enjoy helping others. You are proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Finally, you get things done. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are a team player, and easily connect with others.
