Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and audiovisual support for corporate events, including webcasts, conferences and videoconferences.
• Plan, prepare and install the technological equipment required for events and meeting rooms.
• Analyze requests, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and operational incidents.
• Install, configure and move computer equipment, peripherals and related components.
• Ensure the support, follow-up, communication and escalation of incidents and queries to users.
• Provide telephone, remote and in-person technical support to users.
• Deploy software manually or using automated mechanisms.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, customer and incident records in the ticketing system.
• Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives of technological services.
• To support critical situations and major outages that require quick intervention.

• Install, configure, repair and replace computer equipment, including workstations, peripherals and related components;
• Ensure the support, follow-up, communication and escalation of incidents and queries to users;
• Provide telephone, remote and in-person technical support to users;
• Deploy software manually or using automated mechanisms;
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, customer and incident records in the ticketing system;
• Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives of technological services;
• To support critical situations and major outages that require quick intervention.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

• Hold a college diploma in computer science or any other relevant training;
• Have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar position;
• Have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills;
• Have an excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365;
• Proficiency in audio-visual equipment as well as Microsoft Teams, Zoom Webinar and Webex platforms;
• Be able to install, configure and move computer and AV equipment as required.
