Job Details

Description

This role combines administrative, customer service, employee interaction, and warm sales from inbound client leads. No self-sourcing or cold calling; you are a solutions provider for inquiring clients.

Major Responsibilities
  1. Answer all incoming telephone calls to secure residential sales and schedule services.
  2. Ensure Route Managers' data entry is completed; enter daily reports, new contracts, one-time services, Electronic Site Management (ESM), product sales forms, and service requisitions.
  3. Prepare bank deposits for received cheques, process credit card payments, and allocate funds.
  4. Resolve account issues.
  5. Manage customer files and ensure filing is current.
  6. Follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
  7. Assist in month-end duties.
  8. Coordinate Route Manager schedules.
  9. Contact customers or send reminders to schedule their next service appointment.
  10. Support branch staff as directed by the manager.
Skills and Experience
  • One or more years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and support skills.
  • Proficiency with related hardware and software.
  • Inside sales experience is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team player.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
