Must-Have Skills
  • Steady work experience with previous employers or temp work, basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables), ability to multi-task.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop financially viable agreements supporting sales and profit goals.
  • Evaluate and process field transactions; maintain contract files and systems.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, national accounts, legal, and management on bids, proposals, and contracts.
  • Assist with field transactions such as pricing requests, quotations, and ad-hoc requests.
Essential Job Functions
  • Submit price requests based on approval matrices, including data analysis and justification review.
  • Create and maintain contracts in i5, ensuring accurate billing.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Manage contract expiration notices and data consolidation.
  • Research price discrepancies and issue invoice credits.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, good decision-making, effective communicator, self-motivated, team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic ERP systems.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 year contracts experience.
  • 1 year finance/customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of i5 and JDE Edwards software is a plus.
