Job description

Kelly Services is hiring an Office Administrator for a temporary 3-month assignment with our client, an architectural firm located in Guelph, ON. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and excel in providing administrative support in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day office operations
  2. Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and drawings for easy team access
  3. Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and updates professionally
  4. Draft, proofread, and manage communication between project managers, clients, and team members
  5. Provide administrative support to project managers by coordinating documentation, scheduling meetings, and tracking project tasks
Qualifications :
  1. 2 years of administrative or coordination role, preferably within an architectural or construction environment
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF software such as Bluebeam or similar tools
  3. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
  6. Must have own vehicle, as the location is not accessible by public transportation

  1. Pay rate $20.00-$22.00 / hour + 4% vacation pay

  3. Full-time hours; Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
