Wenco International Mining Systems, a subsidiary of Hitachi Construction Machinery, seeks an Office Administrator in Vancouver to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will support departments, manage office procedures, and serve as a point of contact for employees and vendors.
Responsibilities include front office duties, facilities management, vendor coordination, travel program support, and assisting HR with onboarding. A detail-oriented, proactive attitude is essential.

Reporting to People and Culture Manager, the Office Administrator’s primary responsibility is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This individual will be responsible for developing and coordinating office procedures, and supporting departments with administrative tasks. A key member of the Admin team, the right candidate will possess a ‘yes attitude’, demonstrate high attention to detail, be able to anticipate tasks and take initiative. The Office Administrator will also serve as a point of contact for employees, vendors and visitors, providing excellent customer service. This role is essential for maintaining a productive and efficient workplace environment.
