Adecco is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our client's expanding team in Etobicoke, ON. The client is an innovative spirit and beverage company in the Canadian market, representing various international beverage alcohol brands. The Office Administrator will support the commercial team and provide general administrative assistance.

Details:
  • Pay rate: $25/hour
  • Location: Etobicoke, ON
  • Shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (3 days), 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for product submissions and programming approvals with Liquor Control Boards and key customers
  • Collaborate on requests such as samples, images, product info, pricing, and listings
  • Manage front desk activities including shipping and receiving
  • Order and stock office supplies, liaising with departments
  • Maintain professional standards and ethics with stakeholders
  • Weekly reconciliation of Promotional Calendars and monthly compliance audits
  • Support management projects and act as administrative contact for related companies
  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or College diploma/degree in Business or related field
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational abilities
