  • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory and budget controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Manage payroll administration
