Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman Powerline Technician or equivalent electrical trade certification.
• Light Rail/OCS Linesperson qualification considered a strong asset.
• Post-secondary education in Electrical Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or related discipline is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, repair, test, and install OCS assets for LRVs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on OCS infrastructure.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
• Respond to service disruptions and emergencies to restore operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and maintenance standards.
