Job summary

Homewood Health is seeking a part-time, in-person Occupational Therapist (Independent Contractor) to support return-to-work-focused treatment in British Columbia. You will assess psychosocial barriers, provide weekly therapy sessions, and apply CBT/MI techniques to improve functioning and work participation.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with mental health experience.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and return-to-work facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assess client psychosocial issues and barriers to functioning and RTW.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one therapy sessions following program procedures.
• Use CBT/MI and behavioral activation to improve functioning for life and work.
• Communicate with clinical staff through standardized reporting.
