ParaMed is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver integrated therapy services in clients' homes across Ontario. New grads are welcome, with mentorship available, and a flexible hybrid care model combining in-person and virtual visits.

The role supports diverse client needs and emphasizes evidence-based practice within a unionized environment. We value independent yet collaborative clinicians who can build customized care plans, promote safety, and coordinate with families and health

• Must be actively registered with COTO and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients in their homes and develop a therapy care plan based on real environments.
• Develop health promotion programs and prescribe equipment and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with clients’ families, caregivers, and other health-care professionals to align treatment goals.

You will assess and build an accurate therapy care plan based on the real environment of our client. No more second-guessing on what’s best for them. This includes but is not limited to developing health promotion programs, prescribing equipment and supplies, promoting client safety.Creativity and Adaptability. You will exert critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for a variety of clients with diverse needs.
