Who We Are Looking For

• Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
• ADP Authorization is required
• Experience working with adults in a community setting
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits within York Region
• Ability to work independently and in a team

A Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments in clients’ homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and strategies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for client-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation complying with standards
• Uphold ethical and professional standards as per COTO
