Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to apply their knowledge, skills, and abilities in a dynamic setting across acute care, long-term care and outpatient services.

The OT will perform assessments and interventions related to patients' occupational performance in line with provincial college standards, working independently and with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and optimal health outcomes.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with provincial college.
• Assessments and interventions related to patients' occupational performance.
• Supports acute, long term, and outpatient services.

Responsibilities

This position supports acute care, long term care and outpatient services. The Occupational Therapist works independently and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote functional independence and enable the client to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes.
