Company Story

Delivering Clinical Excellence for Over 25 Years

For over 25 years, Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center has built a reputation for delivering exceptional therapy services across the metro Atlanta area. With more than 20 clinic locations and now in partnership with nMotion Physical Therapy, we’re expanding access to care and creating even more opportunities for clinicians to thrive.

Whether you're early in your career or looking for your next professional chapter, you'll find a place here where your contributions matter, your goals are supported, and your work is deeply meaningful.

Our Team Culture

A Strong, Collaborative Team

You don’t have to do this alone. Our clinics are built around collaboration. We believe the best patient care happens when therapists feel heard, supported, and part of a team that lifts each other up. If you’re looking for a culture that values shared knowledge and mutual respect, you’ll feel right at home.

Care You Can Stand Behind

We treat patients the way we’d want our own family members to be treated—with clinical skill, genuine compassion, and attention to the details that make a difference. You’ll have the tools, time, and autonomy to provide care you can feel proud of.

Our Commitment
  • High Level of Service: Personalized Care - We extend the same level of care to our patients as we would to a family member or professional athlete. We prioritize attention to detail and go above and beyond to assist our patients.

  • Accessibility: Swift Scheduling - Ensuring patients are scheduled within 24-48 hours, providing prompt and efficient service.

  • Active Approach: Progressive and Individualized Care - Emphasizing a progressive and individualized approach throughout the entire course of care to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Overview & Work Site

What You'll Treat

Whether your path includes becoming a CHT, leading a team, teaching others, or expanding your clinical expertise, we’re ready to help you get there.
