Job summary

Village Juicery, part of Big League Food Company, is hiring for Full-Time & Part-Time Nutritionists and nutrition students for our Village Juicery Retail Store at First Canadian Place in Toronto. You’ll engage customers with nutrition knowledge, prepare beverages, and help drive store goals in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates should have a nutrition background or be a student, a passion for wellness and plant-based foods, and strong communication.

• Background in nutrition, wellness or are a nutrition student.

Responsibilities

• Fueling customers with delicious samples and knowledge.
• Preparation of smoothies, hot drinks, coffee & tea.
• Establishing a genuine and respectful connection with every customer.
• Collaborating with management to achieve sales and store goals.
• Daily upkeep of store cleanliness, processing payments, and opening and closing procedures.

Position Overview

Big League Food Company is hiring for Full-Time & Part Time Nutritionists and Nutrition students who are passionate and enthusiastic to join our new Village Juicery Retail Store located at First Canadian Place.

Who You Are

• Enjoy engaging, educational dialogue about nutrition and wellness and have a genuine commitment to customer service
• Have a background in nutrition, wellness or are a nutrition student
• Passionate about wellness, plant-based nutrition and functional foods
• Well-spoken, dedicated, hard-working and full of good vibes
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. Previous experience an asset.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Fueling customers with delicious samples and knowledge
• Preparation of smoothies, hot drinks, coffee & tea
• Establishing a genuine and respectful connection with every customer
• Collaborating with management to achieve sales and store goals
• Daily upkeep of store cleanliness, processing payments, and opening and closing procedures
• Smart Serve and Food Handlers considered an asset
  
  

Pay And Schedule

• Compensation: $19 - $22/hr (inclusive of bonuses and tips)
• Full-time & Part-time
• Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends
