Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands‑on experience in healthcare settings
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Experience with clinical informatics, health IT, or documentation workflow improvement
• Strong analytical skills — able to spot inconsistencies and communicate feedback clearly
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote, self-directed environment
• No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Background in nursing informatics, clinical data analysis, or health information management
• Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) or clinical decision support systems
• Advanced credentials such as ANCC Informatics Nursing Certification (RN‑BC)
