Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics at the intersection of healthcare and AI training. This fully remote hourly contract role focuses on turning clinical and operational data into trusted insights for decision-makers.

You will mentor a BI team, design data models and reporting pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics outputs with clinical and business priorities.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare analytics and BI leadership.
• Ability to design end-to-end BI systems and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics initiatives that sit at the intersection of healthcare and cutting-edge AI development.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned healthcare data professionals who know how to turn complex clinical and operational datasets into trusted, actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and support high-stakes decisions
• Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, trusted insights that drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with real-world clinical and business priorities
• Apply your domain expertise to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data and analytics

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
• Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
• Skilled in SQL and familiar with modern BI and reporting tools
• A strong communicator who can translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for leadership audiences
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or AI training workflows
• Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or population health analytics
• Experience working across multiple healthcare data domains — EHR, claims, operational, or financial
