Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to train and evaluate AI systems for healthcare. You will apply real-world nursing knowledge to ensure AI understands clinical workflows and EHR documentation, improving how health information is represented.

This is a remote, hourly contract role with flexible hours. You will review AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and annotate data to guide model improvements.

Qualifikationen

• RN with hands-on healthcare experience.
• Familiar with Epic, Cerner or similar EHR systems.
• Experience in clinical informatics or health IT.
• Strong analytical and feedback skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in a remote, self-directed environment.
• No AI experience required; clinical expertise matters most.

Aufgaben

• Review AI-generated content related to clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and nursing informatics for accuracy.
• Translate frontline nursing knowledge into structured feedback to improve AI models.
• Identify gaps or errors in AI outputs and suggest improvements.
• Assess the quality of AI responses related to health information systems and patient data management.
• Provide detailed, structured annotations and evaluations using guidelines.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
