Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training) to lead analytics initiatives at the intersection of healthcare and AI development. This remote, hourly contract role focuses on turning complex clinical and operational datasets into trusted insights that inform decisions and drive care improvements.

You will design and mentor a BI team, build dashboards, optimize data pipelines, and collaborate across functions to ensure analytics outputs align with real-world clinical

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, BI, or health data management.
• Design and manage end-to-end BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
• Comfortable with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.
• Skilled in SQL and familiar with modern BI and reporting tools.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and support high-stakes decisions
• Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, trusted insights that drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with real-world clinical and business priorities
• Apply your domain expertise to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data and analytics

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
• Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
• Skilled in SQL and familiar with modern BI and reporting tools
• A strong communicator who can translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for leadership audiences
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or AI training workflows
• Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or population health analytics
• Experience working across multiple healthcare data domains — EHR, claims, operational, or financial
