Job summary

A prominent healthcare organization in Northeastern Ontario is seeking New Registered Nurses for its Nursing Graduate Guarantee program. This initiative offers a twelve-week full-time role, enabling new graduates to transition from theory to practice within a supportive environment. New hires will receive competitive pay of $39.07 per hour and various incentives including relocation services. Candidates must be within twelve months of registration with the College of Nurses Ontario and have not worked in nursing for the last six months.

Qualifications

• New Registered Nurses within twelve months of registering with the College of Nurses Ontario (CNO).
• Individuals who have not worked in a nursing capacity within the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the NGG program for twelve (12) weeks.
• Transition from theory to practice in a full-time capacity.
