Job summary

Partou Old Town Day Nursery & Pre-school in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a full-time 40-hour week to oversee a room and ensure engaging activities aligned with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families.

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification is required, with strong EYFS knowledge and proven leadership experience.

Salary £31,532.80 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

About The Role

Partou Old Town Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
