Are you a nurturing and qualified Nursery Practitioner with a passion for early years education?
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 practitioner to join a supportive early years setting in Pevensey. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework and taking on key person responsibilities.
About the Role:
Support children aged 0–5 through child-led and play-based learning
Plan and deliver activities in line with EYFS outcomes
Take responsibility for a group of key children, including observations and progress tracking
Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Ideal Candidate:
Holds a full and relevant Level 2 or 3 early years qualification
Sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Familiar with safeguarding procedures and confident in implementing them
Passionate about supporting children’s early development
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks; including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
