ParaMed Home Health Care in Canada is seeking an RPN to perform scheduled community visits, providing ethical and safe nursing care to patients in their homes with support from RNs.

You will assess patient needs, execute and monitor care plans, maintain records, and travel within a designated area. The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time and full-time options, and competitive compensation.

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Job DescriptionIn this community nursing role, you as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) will have scheduled visits within the community to care for patients in various settings with the support of RNs for more complex patients. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
