Job Description

TLC Medical Clinic – Fraser is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team in a collaborative, team-based approach to full-service family medicine. The NP will work within a multidisciplinary team, establishing their own patient panel as per Ministry guidelines. The role supports the Primary Care Networks (PCNs) initiative in Vancouver, emphasizing teamwork and community health development. The clinic offers a modern facility, flexible hours, and a supportive environment with access to specialists in gynecology, endocrinology, mental health, and dermatology.

Practice Information

Location : Under construction, opening August 2025 in Riley Park neighborhood

Facility : 11 exam rooms, 2 doctors’ offices, full spectrum of family practice care

Support Staff : RNs, MOAs, call center, director of operations

Community : Diverse patient population including professionals, retirees, families

Schedule : Operating 7 days / week, flexible hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (adjustable)
