Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Sioux Falls, SD to deliver direct and indirect patient care under supervising physicians. You will evaluate, treat, and manage health concerns, following evidence-based protocols and contributing to clinic success.

Eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus after hire. The role involves a mix of preventive care, acute and chronic condition management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license.
• 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting.
• DEA license preferred.
• BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols and create treatment plans.
• Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs.
• Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff.
• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions; adhere to written protocols.
• Provide patient education, health coaching, and advocacy; enter data into EMR.
