Salary: The salary range for this position is CAD $59.56 - $85.62 / hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Indigenous Health Team to provide culturally safe primary health care services for Aboriginal clients and their families. This position supports the Aboriginal Primary Care team based at the Fraser Regional Aboriginal Friendship Centre Association (FRAFCA) and Kla-how-eya Indigenous Health and Wellness Clinic in Surrey, B.C.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients, initiate treatment, and prescribe medications within scope of practice
• Monitor ongoing care, interpret diagnostic reports, and plan treatments
• Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with other health professionals, and provide patient education
• Participate in research, policy development, and population health initiatives

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
• Relevant clinical nursing experience
