Salary: The salary range for this position is CAD $59.56 - $85.62 / hour.

Job Summary: Bring your clinical expertise and passion for providing quality and compassionate care as a Nurse Practitioner in the Patient Assessment and Transition to Home (PATH) unit at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock, B.C. The PATH unit is an inpatient hospital-based program where Nurse Practitioners serve as the Most Responsible Provider (MRP). You will participate in on-call rotations, support complex discharge planning, and facilitate successful transitions home for medically stable ALC patients.

This role offers opportunities to develop skills in complex assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, geriatric care, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a focus on minimizing hospitalizations and improving quality of life.
