We’re looking for passionate, Ontario-licensed Nurse Practitioners to join our virtual clinic on a contract basis (minimum 30 hours / week). What You’ll Do

• Deliver virtual care focused on midlife health, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT). We’ll give you training, support and mentorship to feel comfortable with this.
• Use Blair’s proprietary EMR and AI-enabled treatment planning tools
• Provide empathetic, evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-first environment
• Participate in our structured onboarding and ongoing training sessions
