MDSearch seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner Injector to perform aesthetic injections at clinics in Windsor and Tecumseh, Ontario. The position emphasizes consultations, treatment planning, and delivering natural-looking results within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of aesthetic injectables experience, excellent client communication, and availability for occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers following safety protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and propose treatment plans (injectables, skincare, modalities).
• Educate clients on options, outcomes, post-care and maintenance.
• Pre-book clients for future treatments and follow-ups.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional care and post-treatment support.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures and maintain records.
• Attend ongoing training to stay current with techniques and products.

Schedule:

Part-time (2-3 days per week)

The successful candidate will provide aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments while building long-term patient relationships in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injections following proper protocols and safety guidelines
• Perform comprehensive consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans, including injectables, skincare, and other modalities
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-care, and maintenance plans
• Pre-book clients for future treatments and follow-up appointments
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional care, post-treatment follow-ups, and homecare recommendations
• Monitor and support patients during and after procedures
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, consent forms, and treatment records
• Attend ongoing training and stay current on techniques, treatments, and products
• Maintain a sterile, organized procedure room per clinical safety and infection control protocols
• Capture standardized before-and-after photographs per clinic protocols
• Assist with clinic goals, promotional initiatives, and injectables inventory

Required Qualifications and Skills

• College Diploma in Nursing
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner registered with the CNO
• Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injectables experience
• Strong consultation and client communication skills, with a proven ability to recommend services ethically and effectively
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Available for occasional evening/weekend work as required
• Client-centered approach, team spirit, initiative, and autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
